RDC Innovation Labs Ltd., and its affiliates provide access to the www..easygreek.gr website (the "website") and sell a subscription to Greek language e-learning course to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these conditions carefully before using the www.easygreek.gr. By using the www.easygreek.gr website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Pricing and Online subscription services
All prices shown on the website are in Euros and customers will be billed in this currency. By confirming your order you are confirming that you understand and are aware of this. No refunds are available for customers who mistake prices for that of another currency. The prices displayed on our website are shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the appropriate rate. Your subscription to www.easygreek.gr Greek language e-learning course is a digital service provided through our mobile application. As the service is completely digital, there is no physical media for dispatch within this subscription. Just after your successful payment you will receive an activation code which you will use to activate up to 3 mobile devices. Be aware that the learning content can only be used in Android and iOS devices running at minimum Android Marshmallow (6.0.1) and iOS 10.3 respectively.
When receiving your activation code, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your code . You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the activation code is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your activation code has become known to anyone else.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
www.easygreek.gr reserves the right to refuse access to the content, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do it only before activating any device of yours and you will be fully refunded (paypal commissions may apply). In such a case you have to e-mail us to the mail address info@easygreek.gr. Refund inquires will be processed within 7 days from your refund inquiry postage.

Access to www.easygreek.gr and our online subscription services
We will always try to ensure that availability of our website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Although the educational content which is delivered through mobile application is used without the need of internet access after you download it and activate it.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of these application or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of these application or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All content included on the website and mobile applications, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Linguaphone Group Ltd and HIDALGO IKE, its affiliates or its content suppliers, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of www.easygreek.gr and its affiliates and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws.

Conditions Relating to the Sale of easygreek.gr subscription to You
This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of subscription by www.easygreek.gr to you.
When you place an order to purchase an activation code from our websites, payment is made to us by credit /debit card through Paypal. Once payment has been made, this is a contract of order and your subscription will automatically commence and you will receive an activation code in order to activate up to 3 (three) mobile devices.
www.easygreek.gr does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use www.easygreek.gr only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Electronic communications
When you visit www.easygreek.gr or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. In respect of your order we communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
